for Spiritual Direction
Individual spiritual direction, or companioning, provides the opportunity to explore your faith journey in an in-depth manner. Appointments are usually scheduled on a monthly basis.
Spiritual Companions
Companion comes from the Latin word 'panis' for bread, or one who shares bread with another. Spiritual direction allows two or more to explore and share the bread of life.
